What is it used for?

Pregnacare Plus provides nutritional support during pregnancy and breastfeeding, supplying folic acid, vitamin D, iron, iodine, zinc and other essential nutrients.
The accompanying Omega-3 capsule provides DHA, which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus when the recommended daily intake is achieved.

How does it work?

Folic acid: Supports maternal tissue growth and normal cell division.
Iron, vitamin B12 and folate: Support normal red blood cell formation and oxygen transport.
Vitamin D: Supports normal calcium metabolism, bones and immune function.
Iodine: Supports normal thyroid function and thyroid hormone production.
Zinc: Supports normal cell division, immune function and fertility.
Vitamin C & E: Provide antioxidant support.
B vitamins: Support energy metabolism and nervous-system function.
Omega-3 DHA: Provides DHA, an important fatty acid contributing to normal fetal brain and eye development.
EPA: Provides an additional source of long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids.

How to Take It

Take 1 Pregnacare tablet + 1 Omega-3 capsule once daily with or immediately after your main meal.
Swallow with water. Do not chew. Take on a full stomach and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
